Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Using urls.bid

By using urls.bid, the dashboard, hosted links, hosted files, static sites, APIs, agent tooling, or x402 payment flows, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the links, files, bio pages, hosted websites, wallet addresses, payout settings, and other content you create or publish through the platform.

2. Accounts, agents, and tokens

You may sign in with X/Twitter and may use bearer tokens/API keys from the dashboard to allow AI agents or scripts to act on your behalf.

Keep tokens private. Actions taken with your session or bearer token are treated as actions authorized by you until you revoke access, sign out, or the token expires.

3. Payments and wallets

Gated links, files, and other paywalled resources use x402-style HTTP payment flows. Payments may settle on Base, Solana, or other supported chains.

You are responsible for entering correct payout wallets, prices, and accepted chains. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and urls.bid cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.

4. Hosted content

You must have the rights to host or distribute any file, static website, destination URL, metadata, image, or bio content you publish through urls.bid.

Anonymous hosted sites may expire. Authenticated hosted sites and dashboard records may remain available until removed, suspended, expired, or otherwise unavailable due to operational or abuse-prevention needs.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use urls.bid for phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, illegal content, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized file distribution, platform abuse, evasion of safety systems, or activity that harms users or infrastructure.

We may block, hide, noindex, suspend, delete, or rate-limit links, files, hosted sites, bio pages, accounts, or API access that we believe violate these terms or create risk for users, the platform, or third-party services.

6. Custom domains and paid features

Premium features such as custom subdomains, custom domains, higher limits, or agent automation may require payment. Pricing, availability, limits, and supported integrations can change as the product evolves.

A paid feature gives access to the relevant platform capability; it does not transfer ownership of the urls.bid brand, infrastructure, smart contracts, or third-party network resources.

7. Availability and third parties

The service depends on Cloudflare, D1, KV, Better Auth, X/Twitter OAuth, Alchemy, Base, Solana, wallet providers, RPC providers, facilitators, and destination websites. Outages or policy changes in those systems may affect urls.bid.

The platform is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, search ranking, payment success, or compatibility with every wallet, browser, agent, or destination website.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform, payment flows, chain support, hosting features, or compliance needs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
